This is one of our most enduring designs which with a few modifications we have been making for over 30 years. The design was originally based on a naval seaman’s kit bag. The result is a deceptively simple, practical, good looking bag. We make the Kit Bag in three sizes.
 
This Kit Bag is handcrafted from South American Diesel Brown waxed leather, tanned to give a vintage worn in feel which just gets better and better with age.
 
Inside the bag there is one large open pocket with smaller pockets for a mobile phone, pens etc.
The front pocket and shoulder straps are cut from Buffalo hide which fasten with a solid brass buckle. The leather rope is cut from a single piece of English hide which forms part of the unique and inventive closure system in which the solid brass ring locates onto the brass parachute clip with a simple push action, ensuring the bag is securely closed when carried. All main seams are double stitched and all pressure points reinforced with rivets.
